Maureen Halahan is President and CEO of the Orange County Partnership. Her primary responsibilities include maximizing corporate attraction and business expansion opportunities for the county and managing the staff of the Partnership. Management, sales, marketing, public relations and workforce development are her top priorities in this role.
Maureen Halahan was appointed to her current position in 2002 after serving as the Partnership’s Director of Business Attraction for 18 months. In that short time, Maureen’s team brought over $89 million in new investment dollars and $75 million in projected wage creation and new job opportunity to Orange County. She developed and trained a talented sales team comprised of three full-time economic development professionals.
As President and CEO, Maureen brings the same enthusiasm and initiative to the entire Partnership organization. She continues to focus on maintaining a strong sales team and increasing the county’s image as a top corporate location throughout the nation.
Prior to joining the Partnership, she was involved in workforce development and public relations. In addition, Maureen spent several years operating her own successful business.
